1. Who Operates the App

REPL-SP is a client-specific deployment of the Convork platform. REPL uses the application for managing authorized industrial and plant operations, including workforce management, attendance, site activities, tasks, security records, materials, reporting, and related operational processes. Ozta Labs Pvt. Limited provides and maintains the Convork technology platform that powers REPL-SP, including software infrastructure, application services, and technical support.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the user's role and features enabled, the App may collect account information (full name, mobile number, email address, employee or user ID, organization, role, and assigned plant); attendance and workforce information; location information for attendance and geofence verification; photos and operational content; visitor, vehicle, security, material, task, approval, and progress records; and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, diagnostics, logs, and device identifiers.

Facial Recognition

REPL-SP uses facial recognition technology to help identify authorized personnel and support workforce attendance. When used, the App may process an image captured through the device camera solely for identifying authorized users, attendance verification, check-in and check-out, and preventing incorrect or unauthorized attendance records. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or tracking across other applications or websites. Facial images are retained only as necessary for operational, security, contractual, and legal purposes. 3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to authenticate and authorize users, provide REPL-specific functionality, manage attendance and site presence, manage plant and field operations, assign and track tasks, maintain visitor, vehicle, security, and material records, record progress, process approvals, provide dashboards and reports, maintain security, troubleshoot and improve the platform, communicate service information, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Information is not sold for advertising purposes.

4. Sharing and Access to Information

Information may be accessible to authorized REPL personnel according to role and permissions. Ozta Labs Pvt. Limited may access or process information where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, or support Convork and REPL-SP. Trusted technology and infrastructure providers may support hosting, authentication, databases, notifications, security, and diagnostics. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain operational and business records, meet contractual requirements, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Enterprise workforce and operational records may be retained according to REPL policies and applicable requirements. Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting REPL or Ozta.

6. User Requests

Depending on applicable law and the user's relationship with REPL, users may request access, correction, deletion, information about processing, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to legal, contractual, and operational retention requirements.

7. Data Security

Ozta and REPL use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Access is controlled according to roles, organizational permissions, and operational requirements. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Third-Party Services

REPL-SP may use third-party services required for application functionality, hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, diagnostics, security, maps, or other infrastructure. Providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are expected to maintain appropriate safeguards.

9. Children's Privacy

REPL-SP is an enterprise application intended for authorized personnel and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the service.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the App, Convork platform, REPL-SP services, applicable laws, or data-processing practices. The Last Updated date will be updated when material changes are made.
